CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Resources
Storybooks are such a useful tool in opening up conversations about difficult topics and feelings. I have a large catalogue of books for children, teenagers and siblings, which I bring to my work as needed, as well as books offering guidance to parents. A copy of this list can be provided on request.
There are also a range of charitable websites providing further support and resources:
-
Support for families who have a child with a brain injury: childbraininjurytrust.org.uk
-
For brothers and sisters of disabled children and adults: sibs.org.uk
-
Education and community services for children with a brain injury: thechildrenstrust.org.uk
-
For children who have experienced a traumatic event: uktraumacouncil.org
-
For children who have experienced a bereavement: winstonswish.org
